We will not share or sell any personal information we collect from our customers. Our SSL Certificate protects any information given to Poker Chips Warehouse. Our site uses https prefix in the URL as suppose to http. A key or padlock icon in your browser's status bar also shows that our site is secure. Even with a brute-force attack, cracking a 256-bit encryption is computationally unfeasible.
FRAUD PREVENTION
We capture your I.P. address with every purchase and digitally record the process of the transfer. This information is used as proof of purchase with credit card companies and/or court of law, if applicable. We will only respond to the email address submitted when the order was placed. THE NAME ON YOUR ORDER MUST MATCH THE NAME ON YOUR PAYMENT. If not, you will be requested to submit an updated order before we schedule your transfer. We will help with any problems you might encounter with your purchase.
DISPUTES
We will send you an email once we have completed the transfer, or, for brand-new accounts, the log-in information. If we did not transfer the correct amount of play chips, or, you cannot log into the brand-new account, please let us know within 16 hours from receipt of our delivery email. REFUNDS
REAL MONEY ACCOUNTS: If you mistakenly placed an order using a real money account, we will ask you to replace it with a PLAY MONEY account immediately. WE WILL NOT add play chips into REAL MONEY ACCOUNTS! You have five (5) days to supply us with a play money account or your payment will be forfeited.
PLAY MONEY ACCOUNTS: If you ordered correctly using a play money account but we cannot log-in using the information you have provided, we will send you a copy of your order for your review. Email us the correction so we can schedule your transfer. You have five (5) days to supply us with the correct information or your payment will be forfeited.
BRAND NEW ACCOUNTS
These are pre-made, brand-new accounts, and will have the amount of play chips purchased. We relinquish all ties to these accounts once you receive our delivery email giving you the log-in information. You are responsible for taking ownership, which includes, but is not limited to, changing the password, validating the e-mail address, and verifying the amount of play chips.
OTHER
We are not affiliated with any of the poker sites. We are not liable for any changes they make to their program that may affect your play money poker account.
