You will receive an automated payment receipt for your order.
PLAY CHIPS ADDED INTO YOUR EXISTING ACCOUNT
Once we receive confirmation of your payment, we will email your TRANSFER SCHEDULE. This will contain the date and time of the transfer and your poker account information. Let us know right away if any of the information is incorrect.
We will temporarily change your password and will send you an email when we are finished. If we did not transfer the correct amount of play chips, please let us know within 16 hours from receipt of our delivery email.
You might have to wait up to another 7 days to reschedule your account if:
1. we cannot log into your account (wrong site, wrong account name or wrong password) 2. you interrupt our transfer by logging into your account
Please only use one email address. We will only respond to the email address you submitted when you placed your order.
BRAND NEW ACCOUNTS
Once we receive confirmation of your payment, a selection of account names to choose from will be emailed to you within 12 hours after your payment has been cleared. If you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours, please send us an email.
